Davenport Pediatrics

Today we had an appointment with Dr. Maria C Khan for my baby, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. During the visit, she did not physically examine my child — she did not check his ears, mouth, or throat. The consultation felt rushed, and we were not given the opportunity to fully explain our concerns. As parents, we look for reassurance, careful evaluation, and compassion when it comes to our children’s health. Instead, we left feeling unheard and more worried than before. I hope this feedback encourages more attentive and empathetic care for future patients.

Terrible front desk service. If you call they automatically put you on hold after answering the phone. Then when they do answer it's with an attitude. This office dont accept walk ins so if your child is sick your better out taking them to a er to be seen because they make you set an appointment for your child and your appointment will be at the end of the day or the following day. Soo glad I found and switched my daughter to a different pediatrician office. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.

Very rude front office staff. This office has 7 front staff members working, and none of them answer the phone. I called a couple of times until I got someone to answer, and before I could ask anything, she hung up in my face. I called again and again, but there was no answer. I decided to go there in person, and guess what? The answer was no walk-ins; you have to make an appointment, fill out all the papers, and come back when your appointment is scheduled. PS, instead, I took my son to the ER and had him checked for his ear and throat infection. I’m not sure how these kinds of people are running a business like this. I wouldn't suggest it if these nonsense staff members are there.

Terrible customer service from the front desk. I suggest a new training on phone etiquette because most of your reviews are complaining about your office staff! I have been calling for weeks trying to get my daughter in for a new patient appointment, and have been hung up on, constantly not able to reach anyone, and today was the last straw as I was told to call my insurance first, and assign one of their PCPs to my daughter (I haven’t heard this from anyone the last few times I called). I understood, was thankful for the information, and then I called my insurance, switched everything just as the office staff asked, and then I called the clinic back not even 15 minutes later, and was told I couldn’t make the appointment until the change was reflected in the clinic’s system. IS THIS A JOKE

Dr Khan + Dr Sia are an incredible asset to the area. We have been taking our girls there for 14 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
