Communication is lacking. They could do better at calling patients to inform them when they stop carrying medication. Instead we were told " there was something in the bag the last time we filled the prescription" . Called the refill in on a Monday went to pick it up on Thursday to be told they no longer fill that medication. A phone call in that time frame would have been a nice curtesy.

Have a script filled monthly. Always makes me wait one day cos it has to be ordered. Why if they get this script every month dont they have it when time comes.

Great family owned business. Never have had an issue. Great staff. If I were the owner I'd stop purchasing Christmas/seasonal decorations because DG Market/Ace/Walmart are selling everything at face value. In my opinion you can save $ there but I also do enjoy the seasonal themed feeling and the option to purchase themed gifts you can't find anywhere else.
