Called this morning at 8:00 a.m. and reached a message center. Jen @ message center said she would transfer me to dh and I was put back into the call loop. Then Lisa answered, Lisa said she would transfer me and then I was put back into the call loop, ask to speak with a supervisor was sent to a voicemail. Seems like the message center should have just said they were closed and we'd take a message or would at least have some idea if dh was open or not. Message center can't wait to get you off the phone and does not care to help you..

Not accepting new patients at this time. Plus lots of barriers to getting a appointment. You need a referral from a Dartmouth-Hitchcock provider prior to scheduling an appointment. They are trying to keep people away.

Haven't been and guess I won't be. Was just on hold for 15 minutes with a serious question and then was answered only to be told to "hold one moment please." Another 2 minutes pass and she disconnected my call. Laughable customer service via phone.

Staff seems friendly but they didn’t have an available appointment until July. Referred me to my PCP for a skin related issue that my pcp has already tried and failed to help me with.
