I had an extremely frustrating experience with Dr. Meghan Tadepalli’s office, specifically with her secretary/assistant. I received a message from the nurse stating that I could come in early to complete my lab work before my 8:00 a.m. appointment. I woke up very early and drove in to have the labs done, only to find that the lab orders had not been released. This resulted in a wasted trip and unnecessary delay. After that, I called the office to inform them that I would be running late and asked whether I should still come in for my appointment. I was told that it was fine and that I should still come. While I was only three minutes away, I received a call saying my appointment would need to be rescheduled, with the explanation that the person I spoke to had not communicated with the sec

FYI to current and new patients, they are billing insurance in 2026 for the tablet questionnaire they hand you when you check in (the one that they don’t say is optional and that you will be charged for), they won’t review the results with you, and then bill you $112 since most insurances don’t cover it (BCBS does not). I’d recommend going to a place with more transparency and not billing for answering questions that they don’t review with you.

I arrived ten minutes late to my son’s appointment and was told we would need to reschedule. While I understand the importance of punctuality, the lack of flexibility and support—especially for single parents managing multiple young children—was disappointing. This is also the third time this practice has relocated, which adds to the inconvenience. Additionally, the front office staff were unhelpful and discourteous during our visit. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this office.

I never had no problem with this clinic with my kids Dr.Black is very kind and helpful with my kids she is the best.🙏👍😁
