Darley Pharmacy

Darley Pharmacy is the best. I will never go back to using one of the chain pharmacies. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You can always get a human being on the phone easily. They fill orders quickly. They have plenty of stock. A great experience every time.

I had a prescription filled here a year or two ago and had a great experience. I had the same prescription sent over last week. No one from this pharmacy contacted me. Today, on my way to my doctors office, I contacted them. They told me they did receive the prescription, they were out of stock, but they wouldn’t fill it anyway because my insurance, which is out of my control, wouldn’t pay them enough. Poor communication and very rude over the phone. When I told the nurse at my doctors office she was also taken back. I would rather deal with CVS than this pharmacy and CVS is the absolute worst. I do see both sides but there’s no reason to be so rude via a less than 30 second phone call.

I work in a medical office and was trying to help a patient understand prior auths. Pharmacy’s are meant to send prior auths yet a male at this pharmacy was rude over the phone saying they do not need to. I guess I have to be a mind reader and know all prior auths needed for our hundreds of patients! Very rude and unprofessional from a pharmacist. Do your job and send over auths thanks !

My favorite pharmacy/local store ever. All the employees are always so nice and helpful, from the cashiers to the pharmacists. They also have so many helpful household items available and all at a great price. The whole store is super clean, well stocked, and clearly cared for, and I couldn't recommend it more.

This place is wonderful. They are always so polite and helpful. Their prices are really good and they are always able to help you, whether you are calling them or buying in the store. They are like a breath of fresh air in my pharmacy world.
