I just finished my first MABT bodywork session with Allie and my shoulders feel so much more relaxed. I notice that the energy is flowing better down to my fingertips. I feel more in tune with my body, intuitively noticing the reason it was tense. Probably the most meaningful experience was the breathwork! As someone who knows this therapist personally, I can say that she is dedicated and highly skilled at her craft. She is already a top tier massage therapist and is still constantly striving to become even better. She was highly experienced and communicative, ensuring that the session was tailored specifically to address my concerns. By the end of the session, I felt a significant increase in mobility, and the stiffness in my lower back was greatly reduced.
