Yes, Very Great efficient service here!! I bring my Mother here. I think they do a prof. job for prosthetic care. Kind staff the Dr.s (ocularists)perform quality care for the patients eyes. However it may little difficult with referrals and paperwork back& forth for cleanings & approvals to be seen. I would say plan ahead & plan for waiting if need cleanings too. We went to Center for sight for deep eye cleanings & they took months to send back our Referrals back to here... But, Recepionist Anna in office/Cust service has been Wonderful w insurance needs helped us deal w Center for Sight referrals back finally!! thank you!! Anna was helpful & efficient. We will always return here for my mother's prosthetic eye care, Ocularists #1 we've found in U.S.

Been through several ocularist. This is by far the best one I’ve come across. Highly recommend!

We had a great service with them up until they canceled my babys appointment and tried charging me $50 for that because I "didnt show" then they make my 2 year old baby (with pain on his eye) wait an entire year and then lie to his DR that did the referral by saying "they try to reach me but could nvr get a hold of me" yet when I call they rudely say "we aren't going to schedule until you pay the $50.. not to mention they almost left my son completely blind from the affected eye where they placed his prosthetic and said it was not their fault, it was my baby's fault. COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT! They're more like MONEY HUNGRY SPECIALIST instead of prosthetic eye specialist..
