This past Thursday I had my orthognatic surgery by Dr Meara and Dr Bleazard and Dr Spencer, Dr Corner.let me just say they are the best. I love how they take their time to explain the procedure and go over everything with me. Their overall kindness was out of this world. If anyone is getting orthognatic surgery I really recommend this office. Overall the entire staff is amazing.

Very hard to get a person on line, cannot leave a message so you need to keep calling back, took a couple of hours. I had surgery 2 years and have been having painful swelling with hard lump on my jaw. We addressed this first 2 months ago with antibiotics and now it back with a vengeance. I was told they could not see me for over a month, they called in antibiotic and was told if no improvement go to Urgent Care. What? I am a patient. Whoever got back to be was nasty and rude; “if you have an appt in 5 weeks why are you calling for an appt” Dr Meara is very busy. Explained I am having problems now! This happened the last time by the time I got to see Dr Meara the swelling had gone down.. The irony is, they sign off with “we are always here for you”. Not when needed!

Horrible tried calling several times was hung up on and put on hold for an hour. After calling back the machine says not accepting calls at this time. The receptionist is very rude and short with people. Not professional at all. Terrible
