Excellent eye care provider. Clean office very friendly helpful staff, located inside Costco in Pompano Very quiet inside office considering bustling store. Dr Dangodara is so very pleasant and knowledgeable, I won't see any other doctor. She's been my Optometrist for over 15 years. Once you entrust her with your eye sight you won't ever want to go any where else. My insurance pays for vision care, but I choose to pay out of pocket to see Dr Dangodara, my eye sight is worth every penny.

Dr Dangodara is THE BEST. I have Humana, and unfortunately they do not work with Costco, so I have to pay cash. Previously I went to a Humana vision doctor: it was a horrible experience. He gave me glasses that I had to throw away. I have gone to Dr. Dangodara for many years and she is great. Highly recommended. UPDATE Apr2019: she's away "indefinitely" so I am looking for a new place, or will try back again some other time.

DR. GITA DANGODARA is the BEST eye doctor I have ever been to! My father took me to her for the first time when I was 15 to get my first eye exam and glasses. It was so easy. She was super nice and explained everything really well. I went to her every couple of years after that. When I was 23 I got eye insurance through my job and she wasn't in the plan so I went to vision works and then the next year I went to GARY ENKER, OD WORLD EYEGLASSES the next year. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I was used to going to Dr. Dangodara taking a thorough exam and getting the perfect prescription. Dr. Enker's prescription was too strong and he told me I'd get used to it. He didn't answer any of my questions properly and I've noticed going to these other doctors my prescription seems to be increasing dramatically e

This office is located inside of Costco, Pompano Beach, Florida. I was extremely saddened to learn that the doctor- Dr. Gita Dangodara- has passed away. She was an excellent eye doctor and a lovely individual.
