Today I called in with a simple question about a prescription—and the pharmacist was not helpful. She used a dismissive tone, wouldn’t listen or try to understand, just cut me off like I was wasting her time. Left me feeling small and frustrated. Pharmacists are supposed to help, not judge. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I agree with Jane. Quality of service has really gone down since Ashley left. It seems all the other techs have left too. I loved the small quaint feel where they knew me by name. I may switch to another pharmacy, especially with them being closed on the weekend. I could for go the inconvenience for the good service but not very likely now.

Faithful customers for many years, but service has really declined since Ashley left. All new clerks and techs who are not friendly or even slightly engaged. The new app is full of bugs and inconsistent. We've always supported local business...but we'll be making a change from Dandurand's.

Waited 36 hours for a prescription to be filled and after paying $55 for the prescription I couldn’t even get an oral syringe included. And of course when you call (oh we must’ve forgot) no accountability at all and that doesn’t take away the inconvenience of it not being put in the bag with the prescription so now I have to go out of my to go get something that should’ve been included with with medication. I’ll stick with Dillon’s pharmacy

Went in mid morning and stood by drop off counter to ask a question. At least 3 girls were working and there was a cleaning crew in there at the time. I stood at the counter for a good 10-15 minutes waiting for ANYONE to acknowledge that I even walked in let alone, can I help you…. Crickets …. One lady was even helping a delivery guy that came in and she even walked in and out of the front door and sure she saw me because I was in clear view, nothing…techs and pharmacist even walked to their shelves and I was in clear view…. Nothing… these young 20 somethings need better customer service… FINALLY after 15 minutes the same lady that was going in and out of the front door asked me “have you been helped”? NOPE …. At that point I didn’t even want to pursue my question but stayed another 10 min
