Love Dandurands! I used to use Walgreeens and the time it took to get a prescription filled was unbelievable. Dandurand’s is very efficient timely and great customer service!

In a rough couple years of my life, I discovered this absolute gem of an organization, and of everything in my life these last two years, they have been one of the only ones to not only never let me down, not only meet my always bare minimum expectations, but to do so much more at such an extraordinary level, I have been able to call out medical professionals that have lied about prescriptions already being sent off because of Dandurand's reliability alone. I called them Thursday October 7, 2021 to have ALL 3 prescription refilled. These are for long term chronic conditions. One was a Class IV controlled substance. I was told they could only fill every 28 days per LAW by head Pharmacist. I had researched Kansas laws on this. NONE exist at this time. I told her such. Being caught in a lie, she backtracked into saying it was company policy, yet no such policy was disclosed in any manner. Furthermore, She got caught lying again saying there were no refills on that medication. ALL of my prescriptions were transferred last month. Any intelligent person knows you can't transfer something that doesn't exist. Monday October 11, 2021 I get a call demanding money as they FAILED to bill 2 other co-pay methods. I had the most wonderful experience here. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.They found coupons on some of my expensive brand name medications. I highly recommended them to my friends and family.
