The staff here goes above and beyond and gets to know the customer personally. They remember your name and greet you with a friendly face. They will work with you if you communicate your needs. I’ve always had a great experience at the Dandurand pharmacy at Central and Rock. The pharmacists are always friendly and extremely helpful. I want to give a special shout-out to Adam, the new pharmacist, who went above and beyond today. After being discharged from the hospital for a spider bite, I didn’t receive clear instructions on wound care, and it was starting to get infected. Adam kindly took the time to recommend a suitable topical ointment, and his professional, caring attitude made a huge difference. I’m so thankful for the excellent service and support from the team here!

The pharmacy is now charging fee if Dr or patient needs a second or third medication delivered. It resets every week. So say you pick up your normal refills on Tuesday but then Dr wanted to give you an antibiotic. Then you would have to pay $9 to get the meds. So dumb.

Highly recommend. Excellent pharmacy and very cute shop while you wait on your prescriptions. Want to give a special shout out to Jessica in the pharmacy who although is very busy this afternoon, took the time to stop and help me, thank you.

We’ve been customers of this pharmacy for many years and are always welcome with a smile and cheerful greeting. The pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. While we have never used the delivery service, we anticipate that as we age and our mobility becomes more limited, we take comfort in knowing that this pharmacy will make home deliveries. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome!
