Final Update: I am currently coming once a week to receive medical massages for my recent shoulder dislocation. While the original appointment didn't go as planned (the therapist used more pressure than I could handle, so I was a little bruised and very sore), I came back for an appointment with Marcie and have since received two wonderful massages that are helping me with my recovery. Dana and her team were quick to address my concerns about the initial massage and they made sure I was paired with the right therapist that can meet my specific needs. After my last two appointments I've made significant progress in my recovery, especially regarding flexibility and passive range of motion. From my call to schedule an appointment to the cleanliness of the facility to the competence of the masseuse, it was a great experience! My masseuse, Jenny, was kind, responsive based on my feedback, and did a great job. Would recommend!

I loved going to Dana Durand massage. I’ve always worked with Miranda and she’s the best. Always knows how to treat knots and problem areas and gives excellent advice. I would have rated a 5-star. But my 3-star rating is driven by the very strict cancellation policy. For my last appointment, I had an urgent issue to tend to and called several hours before my appointment to reschedule but I was penalized and charged the full price of the service! I am honestly now too scared to schedule appointments with them. I am busy and can’t always predict a full 24 hours in advance..

Have gone here a number of times over the past few years when I'm having some minor discomfort whether due to muscle tightness, soreness, stress, etc and I always leave feeling much, much better. I have had massages with Dana, Miranda and most recently Kathy and can recommend them all! Everyone is very friendly and professional. Very relaxing and clean environment as well. Reasonable prices.

I had a great experience with Maria. It was easy to book online on their website and find the best time that worked for me. Maria was on time and she asked me if there was anything that's been bothering me so she can focus on those area and she also asked me during the massage if there were anywhere she should go over again. She also asked if I had any recent injury or surgery (which I felt was very thoughtful). I felt refreshed after the massage. She definitely work thru my neck, shoulder, and lower back issues I've been having for weeks. I would highly recommend Maria!
