Dan Yin

This is by far the most unprofessional doctor’s office I have ever dealt with. I was given an appointment for February 20th. When I showed up, they told me my appointment was actually on the 23rd. I assumed maybe there was some confusion and gave them the benefit of the doubt. So I came back again on February 23rd for my scheduled appointment, only to find the office completely closed. No notice. No phone call. No email. Nothing. They didn’t even bother informing their patients. This is beyond unacceptable. Patients take time off work, arrange transportation, and plan their schedules around appointments. The complete lack of communication and professionalism is shocking. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

A wonderful experience with Dr. Yin! She was a referral from my sister who has trusted Dr. Yin for several years. From the start, Dr. Yin and her staff were very helpful, friendly, professional and diligent. Dr. Yin was very knowledgeable while being patient and attentive to my questions and concerns. She successfully performed my eye surgery and thoroughly walked me through the whole process on benefits, risks and expectations. I feel very grateful that she did such a great job. She is very transparent and trustworthy and has significantly improved the quality of my vision and life. Without hesitation, I would definitely recommend (and have already referred my partner, friends and colleagues).

This doctor double charged customer !!!!!!!. anyone if you have both health insurance and ophthalmology insurance you need to be very careful. she will file both health insurance and ophthalmology insurance for one time eye exam for money , they ask money from both sides !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Actually I already paid my bill. Only now when I want to do eye exam from my ophthalmology doctor I realized the doctor Dan Yin already filed for money. Her customer service lady is very rude when she is unable to explain to me she absolutely end the call. I said I already paid I only ask you explain why you ask my both health insurance and ophthalmology insurance for money. She said because you ask contact lenses we filed for health insurance ,I tell her I never wear contact lenses, Doc

The best eye care appointment I have ever had! The staff were all pleasant, attentive and helpful. Dr. Dan Yin was patient, and listened to and answered all of my questions and concerns! Gave realistic advice and answers with short and long term outcomes to a specific issue. Highly recommend this office and doctor! She was recommended by a friend, thank you friend!

Worst experience ever! Dr. Yin was fine, but her office staff need better management and training!! The front desk was lack of knowledge and would mislead you to consent to the medical insurance even when you explicitly said only a basic eye exam for prescription was needed. The billing staff were even worse, extremely unprofessional, and blamed everything to the patient. Despite the patient proactively reached out to them twice and explained why and what happened and why patient thought the bill was not fair and if they could do anything. The lady said she would check internally but never came back. But then they just sent the bill to debt collector! Something that only needed $10 copay in other offices ended up $300 in her office! STAY AWAY!!!
