This place has some bad reviews but we’ve only ever had positive experiences, the pharmacy has always been so helpful sorting stuff for us especially as I have repeat medication. doctors so understanding and never rushing, we especially like dr Craig. when I was pregnant the OBGYN department were amazing and potentially saved some big health issues that I started to have in labour.

The lady who answered the phone here was very nasty & rude to my wife. I really don’t appreciate it & she needs to be held accountable. Just because you’re having a bad day doesn’t give you the right to talk to a stranger in a disrespectful manner… how you work in customer service and your “service” is trash, that doesn’t make sense.

Was seen Anthony Craig and he must be happy he is a military doctor and cannot be sued for malpractice. I went in for recurring hip pain for the past 8 months 7/10 most days hardly able to walk. Was told my x ray was normal when the report showed minor issues. He actually spend less than 5 minutes in the room with me, downplayed all of my complains in the medical report and he lied about the timeline. Spend less than 5 minutes to come up with a diagnosis without running any tests or asking any questions. Went in after a month again and was refused any further care expect physical therapy. Was told if I wasn’t “healed” in 90 days I would be considered for discharge. Although he wouldn’t consider a scan or any medications for the issue. In 2017 this clinic ran blood work. No one informed me I had kidney failure. I wasn't referred to a specialist. 2018 I arrived at a new job in critical condition. I had to be medivac by helicopter two hours away to Flagstaff AZ for emergency surgery. I had my right kidney removed. I was left with a quarter of a million dollars in medical fees and the medivac was $60,000.00 It wasn't until I recently requested my medical records where I saw kidney failure.
