I am extremely disappointed with this dental office. While I was inside with my son, the receptionist tried to kick my husband out of the waiting room for absolutely no reason. He was simply sitting there waiting for us, and her attitude was completely rude and uncalled for. It’s shocking that a medical office would treat patients’ families this way. Instead of being welcoming or understanding, the receptionist acted like we were an inconvenience. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and stressful, especially when we were already there for our child. If this is how they treat people in the waiting room, I can only imagine how they handle patients. We will definitely not be returning, and I encourage others to think twice before coming here.

Great staff, Teri and Dr Turner are amazing! The new location is a pleasure both inside and out. The building is easy to access from any direction! When you need a dentist who cares, then look no further than Daleville Dental!!!

We had an excellent experience today 1/31/24 at this dental office! Myself, my son who is 10, and my other son who is 5 all had wonderful visits. The hygienist was very kind and gentle with my two boys. She gave a lot of sweet compliments towards my 10 year old and when we left he said, “it feels good to be bragged on sometimes!”. My little one also had a very pleasant experience. Both of my boys used to attend a strictly pediatric dentistry so I was nervous to go to a dentist that wasn’t only for pediatrics. I actually found this office to be gentler and kinder than the pediatric dentist we frequented for years in Tennessee. As an adult my visit also went really well. I show up for my appointment made 3 months in advance and I'm told it will take too long for me to fill out the paperwork so they have to reschedule me for another 3 months out. I explained they had my address to send the paperwork work to me (as promised) for 3 months but never did. The receptionist then said, "we've called you several times" and I explained to her that they definitely hadn't. She said well isn't your number ***-****? I told her no, that she was off a digit. I then explained to her that next time a new patient calls to make an appointment that the receptionist needs to repeat the patient's information back to ensure she's entered their information correctly. Dr. Turner is very kind. I have had bad past experiences that have made me have horrible anxiety about going to the dentist but I feel very comfortable with Dr turner. He makes sure you are OK during the whole visit. His assistant is very sweet and comforting too.
