The office staff was willing to share the insurance benefits and limitations. The dental hygienist were the best I have had in the past five dentist's offices I have used. They used all the latest technologies and preformed more procedures than any other dentist office previous. Each staff member was very pleasant and accommodating. The dentist followed through as usual inspecting the work thoroughly and preforming his own diagnosis for mouth cancer. Was I impressed, you bet.

Today was my first visit. The staff very friendly. Very nice. Dr Boules were very upfront. Told me he would give me the options and I could pick what I wanted to do if anything for my teeth. Did not try to oversell me anything which I really appreciate. And he has a sense of humor!

Sara is a professional yet friendly hygienist. She does a careful job taking X-rays and cleaning my teeth. Dr Boules is a kind and thorough dentist who took my questions and personal information into consideration for care.

I had Dr. Boules today. Very knowledgeable and friendly. His recommendations were explained and options relative to my life circumstances were discussed.The hygienist was thorough and explained everything she was doing. The physical office was clean and patient friendly. I would highly recommend this practice for your dental needs.

I had a wonderful first visit at Batten Dental. All of the staff here are very kind, and Dr. Boules was who I saw. I was given my treatment plan, which Dr. Boules explained to me, and he asked if I had any further questions for him. I greatly appreciated his time and understanding. I then had a cleaning done with Tracy, and she is great. She made sure I felt comfortable throughout, and if I felt any discomfort to let her know. My teeth look so beautiful; they look brand new 😂 She did an amazing job! I also had to have previous dental x-rays emailed prior to my appointment, and the front desk was very helpful in making sure they received those. Thank you all for your hard work and kindness.
