I really like you can find what you need for supplements. Plus the Pharmacy carries items you wont think you would ever need. I gave the 4 star rating instead of a 5 star due to every time I go in Im asked if Im a Serenity Rewards member. Someone or some system hasn't been updated from when I paid last fall.

Thank you for filling my med for 90 days - it takes a lot off my plate not to have to remember every 30 days. Local is best!

Store was clean. Prescriptions for our cats took 2 days.

My family and myself have used this pharmacy since I can remember, and they were the only pharmacy I would ever recommend to anyone in town. Kevin and his staff were always so kind, patient, and helpful, but since Jeff has arrived, customer service and the overall morale of the pharmacy seems to have tanked. My most recent experiences with Jeff have turned me away from Dakota Pharmacy forever. His rudeness, unfriendly demeanor, and just plain unhelpfulness really leaves a stain on a beloved community business. I would honestly leave no stars if I could! I would love for Kevin to reach out and touchbase about my frustrations! As someone that has worked in numerous direct customer service jobs for the last 22 years, I cannot begin to fathom treating PAYING customers the way Jeff does.

I've been driving past this place for years and had no idea they sold high quality supplements. I'd been buying Standard Process AF Betafood online and by luck found the Dakota Pharmacy sells their products. The biggest surprise was that they sold the same bottle for $10.50 less than Amazon. Nice to shop locally and save money. I'll be sure to check here first before going online. I assumed this was just a Pharmacy that filled prescriptions but they offer more.
