Absolutely horrific place. Unprofessional and my son's crown lasted a year and 3 months. They refused to take us to fix it because they didn't accept our insurance. The dentists there don't know what they are doing. The cleanings are very rough. The staff at the front desk is unprofessional and ignore you till you stand there for a while. Do not go there

The doctors and the staff in general are very friendly and welcoming - they are very good at their respective jobs. I've never had an issue, and everyone in my family also goes here for checkups etc. I usually do not leave feedback - but on my recent visit, the receptionist was very rude and uncooperative - Seemed like she didn't want to be there and mentioned to me twice "I know my job" when I was trying to explain a minor inconvenience, she was not apologetic for wasting my time even though I had arrived ahead of time. For the number of times the appointment reminder are being sent, they should also also work on their punctuality.

The worst dental experience of my life. We agreed on a price for a procedure that my wife needed, after she started with the treatment, we noticed extra charges on the bills, when we asked the manager, she said the doctor charges at his discretion, unbelievable. The whole experience at this office has been horrible. The manager Mariana Mederos is very rude, very disrespectful, she never handled our questions professionally and made our experience frustrating every time. I had to make a claim against this office through Consumer Reports. I would never recommend this dental office to anyone. We switched as soon as we could from this establishment disappointed. Don’t waste your time and money coming here. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTAL PRACTICE.

Great 2nd visit where the staff and Dr. Morazan got right to work. I appreciate the caring and thoughtful atmosphere that appears to permeate the entire office. Painless procedure and consultation with staff for future visit and work was also thoughtful and noteworthy. Thank you.
