Cypress Home Health

This place needs to be thoroughly investigated. The St. Bernard New Orleans facility is disgusting and inhumane. My father-in-law was admitted here and received no care. There was no “physical rehab”. The “nurses” let him sit in his urine for hours. These people should be shut down.

I would not recommend this home health! Keep looking and find someone else that can meet your needs and be there for you! Had several problems with them, they always kinda played a blame game, did not follow through with things requested or needed, never knew answers to anything they would always have to get back with you, would talk to them about things and then the next time you talk to them they never remember speaking to you before, customer service is terrible to say the least! They don’t care! The aide was top notch, I give it to her!

Cypress was awesome and nurse we had was extremely knowledgeable of everything my husband was going through. I truly miss them.

I was transferred 3 times and asked the same questions. The 3rd time they told me to hold on and I told them "this is not going to work". They clearly lack organization.
