I recently had a left hip replaced on January 26th. Dr. Kahlenberg and her team were extremely helpful and very efficient. Her team, Franklin, Megan, Chelsea, Kristine, Marleny, Hannah, JR, Rica, Dr. Liu and Alyssa were all a part of a very competent and professional team. Having gone through double knee replacement years ago I wasn't sure what to expect with hip replacement. In/out and home by midday. Once home, I found first day to be a little rough, as to be expected. Every day there after I recovered in leaps and bounds. Was only taking Tylenol on day three. I am now on day 11 and relatively pain free. I am able to go up and down stairs with no issues. My only concern is that I feel well enough to do most anything.
