Edit: I wrote this review when I was feeling panicky and stressed the day of a massive (to me) surgery. My biggest worry for this surgery was that I would not be able to get and keep my pain under control, and not being able to fill a prescription was sending me over the edge. Nobody was able to fill this prescription that night, and it wasn’t CVS’s fault. I have been a loyal customer of this pharmacy for over a decade. I have very rarely ever had a prescription pain medication filled because I don’t use them. I even TURNED DOWN a prescription pain medication two weeks ago when I broke my ankle. I had SURGERY on this ankle today, and they are now refusing to fill my prescription pain medication. My pain block from the surgery is wearing off, my surgeon’s office is closed, and I’m in real

They no longer care about their customers. They don't answer the phone, you have to leave a message for them to call you back... if they want to. Prescriptions are not filled in a timely manner. Most often there is no one at the counter to check customers out. If you bought several items the self check out will not hold it all and sets off an alarm if everything is not stacked on the tiny shelf next to the scanner after scanning the items. Sad that all companies are heading this direction. I'm not on your payroll CVS.

Everytime I use this pharmacy, I’m treated with nothing but disrespect. The main woman who is usually at the counter is constantly telling customers that their prescription will take 5+ hours to be ready no matter what. I’ve never had a prescription take so long at any other pharmacy I’ve been to and they’re not THAT busy. Ever. It’s not an extremely populated area. The pharmacist also has no compassion for people and is rude as well. Every single time. If I could give no stars I would.

Called the pharmacy for my daughter it never gave an option to leave a voicemail it went directly to the pharmacy lady on duty. She answered very rudely I got 3 words out her response (shouting) was “ ok your not a provider you need to call back and leave a voicemail ” while slamming the phone on the hook which hung up on me. I then called back spoke to someone different and got my answer as well as I told the individual I will be calling Jason on this behalf. (The call was recorded) as well. I did my job training there and the pharmacy attitudes are pathetic especially towards elderly
