Experienced very poor customer service while trying to locate a haircare product this evening. Store associate had no interest in helping me or checking to see if they carry the item. "If it's not on the shelf, we don't have it." I'm unfamiliar with this store's layout and didn't know if I was looking in the right area. Note to CVS Management: Please train your associates with customer service skills before putting them on the sales floor. A friendly, helpful demeanor would have been appreciated.

Do not go to this pharmacy. They have consistently made the same mistake on my medication for 6 months. Out of nowhere they also decided to stop filling one of my anxiety medications because the pharmacist said he wasn’t comfortable. I’m glad your comfort matters more than my doctors opinion and my anxiety attacks. The worst part is these reviews won’t make a difference. They will continue to not care about their patients and go through the motions everyday to collect a paycheck.

I had a wonderful experience at this CVS Pharmacy with Ashley, the pharmacist. She recently took care of my three kids during their vaccine appointments. All of them were very scared at first, but Ashley was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She calmly reassured them, eased their fears, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to her gentle approach, all three kids received their vaccines with no side effects or symptoms at all. It was such a relief as a parent to see them so comfortable and well taken care of. I truly appreciate the excellent care Ashley provided and would highly recommend this CVS Pharmacy, especially Ashley, to all my friends and family.

Very happy I switched my prescriptions to this CVS! I am very impressed with the entire pharmacy staff and Ashley is a delight. Thank you for your kindness. I appreciate each one of you!

Samantha is a superstar technician there. She was able to get my medication issues resolved quickly. CVS needs to give you a raise, promote you, and hire other people like you. But still wouldn’t recommend CVS as a whole, one of the worst pharmacies to use. Walgreens 10x better. Unlike Walgreens, CVS doesn’t have the ability for patients to call them directly (total deal breaker) and they are too slow as a company. Plus other than this person and a few other people most CVS employees have a terrible attitude and customer service culture. One of the worst companies for customer service and patient care. Period.
