The pharmacist was so rude to me. I'm never one to post a bad review. I asked her a question because I recently obtained new health insurance but do not have the physical card as it will be in the mail. I was giving her my member ID and it didn't work. No problem I asked her what the cash price is (because I cannot go without this medication) and she cut me off and said "hold on I have other customers!" Came back and was so rude. I asked how Good Rx worked because I have never had to use them before. She got even madder and was huffing and puffing. I just stopped asking questions and thanked her for her help I even took it a step further and apologized for asking her questions. She pretty much hung up on me. I transferred my prescription to Kroger and I will never use them again. It's sad

The pharmacist here at the CVS on Van Born is EXTREMELY RUDE to every customer. I have witnessed it in store and over the phone! She doesn't even need to be working around people period! Lied and said they don’t have Vitamin D in stock for 3 months. She’s a rude, inconsiderate joke! Also said my daughter’s insurance doesn’t cover the Vitamin D medication so I can buy it over the counter or wait until they have it in stock and then hung up on me! Insurance will cover most of it as they have filled it before at this same pharmacy, I paid I think $2 for it. My daughter needs her medication every day as she has a deficiency. This pharmacist needs to be FIRED how many bad reviews can one get before they actually do something about it?!?! She’s so disrespectful it is disgusting!!! I will no long

The pharmacy is terrible. Doesn’t take my children’s form of insurance which I understand they have no control over however they referred me to transfer it to a place down the street that does. 3PM the new place calls to have it faxed over it’s 5:45Pm still nothing from these people. Of course the new pharmacy closes in 15 minutes so now my sick child has to go without his prescription due to lack of urgency and care for customers. Can’t get ahold of a live representative about my request due to staffing shortages I presume so I have no choice but to leave a voicemail about it that I will probably never hear back about. Over the phone the young guy at the register appeared to be running the store by himself. I called multiple times because I needed to buy prizes...$300 in B & N gift cards, but he kept hanging up on me. Not really his problem since there was no ine else to help. I called Walgreens right down the street, they answered, said they had the $300 in gift cards and all the various snacks we needed. Poorly run store...

All the people who work in the pharmacy area needs to be fired. They are all rude and miserable people and seems to hate dealing with the public. They need to fire them all and get people working here who know how to treat others with the respect that they would want to be given.
