CVS

On 3/2/25, after my daughter and I ate at In-N-Out burger, we walked over to CVS to shop for some stuff. It was conveniently located next to In-N-Out. Merchandise were stocked up. We were able to get all our needs met. Check out with quick using the kiosk.

Mr Amos Bangudu was so sweet and so was the rest of the staff! They had so many patients to help but they were still kind and patient with me regarding my circumstance. Would definitely utilize them for efficiency and great customer care!

I am posting this review to bring awareness. Be very aware, a lot of men loiter directly in front of the doors of this CVS. I come here multiple times a week, and each time I’m approached outside of the doors by someone asking for something or trying to talk to me. This last incident, I was waiting not even a minute outside of the doors of cvs because my ride was next door getting gas, a guy approached me multiple times to the point I kept backing up into the actual doors of the store, I was so scared I just gave him money to get away from me. Last night, a guy was directly in front of the cvs door waiting for people. Thankfully I had someone with me. I asked the CVS employee checking me out if they’re allowed to loiter and she said yes they just can’t come in the store. When I told her th

My daughter who is attending Baylor, very far away from home, was told by Debra, that they did not have the medication in stock and that she had to come pick up the hard copy and take it somewhere else. I called and asked why they didn’t offer to order the medication or to transfer it to another CVS. Debra then proceeded to tell me the prescription did not have the doctors name on it, which was not true. My daughter had sent me a picture of the RX so I pulled it up and told her that was not true and was able to tell her the doctors name, DEA #, and License #. She finally transferred it to another CVS. I don’t know if it was because she was being lazy, but it seems to me if you work in a town that has a lot of college students, you should be willing to be more helpful.

If there is nothing else available in waco sleep in your car. The rooms are impossible it warm up. They smell horrible and what they call a bed is a over sized cot that you lean to one side filling like you are going to fall off. It makes this horrible noise when you get on it. Update: after spending less the 4 hours there me and my wife had to leave. The place is crawling with bed bugs. Had to leave my pillows and blankets as I refused to take the bugs with us. The employees there called us liers and refused to give our money back. I had to go across the street to the car wash and spray the nasty bugs off me. 30° outside and I am being spray down by my wife.
