CVS

I went to CVS today and the young lady who checked me out ( i think her name was Iren) she was so helpful and kind that she truly impressed me. I was having a bad day and I was angry when I walked in and because of her kindness and caring towards me I walked out feeling a lot better. She deserves a reward from the store because she was just so amazing and I was not used to that kind of kindness. Like I told her I went to a CVS in Icard about a month ago and my expierence was horrible and she was a manager. Thank you

This really isn’t fair to the store as a whole, but the pharmacy is incompetent. If a prescription is sent in, it takes days for it to be filled. They would only fill one of my prescriptions every 15 days. Change refill location and miraculously it gets filled correctly. They kept deactivating prescriptions that were still being used, making extra work getting ahold of my provider to send in more refills which delays once again, me getting my refills. Pharmacy techs seem overwhelmed and the rest of the pharmacy staff seems annoyed all the time.

Wow! Just when you think it can’t get worse it keeps getting worse! CVS used to be such a good pharmacy, in the last couple of years it has been in a steady decline! You can’t talk to anyone on the phone, the TXT thing they have to let you know info regarding your prescriptions is a joke and no one can give you the same answer twice! Or either every time you go the computer system is down! It’s so sad! I have filled out surveys, the pharmacy team calls back and there is always an excuse for everything, yet nothing ever changes it just gets worse! If you are thinking of using this pharmacy… save yourself a lot of headaches, RUN and find another pharmacy!

Received several messages today that the prescription was ready. When I arrived, I presented a coupon. She said it would take another 15-20 minutes to use the coupon so I said I’d take the prescription without the coupon. She then said it’s still going to be 10-15 minutes and to please pull forward. Why text me that it was ready if it’s not? Why make me wait over 15 minutes and NOT apply the coupon?! Not asking for favors here, just reasonable service. This was not the first weird transaction there but it will be my last.

Awesome staff - fair prices - very clean store inside and outside - quick checkout - all coupons and extra bucks was applied to my total at checkout. No issues at this CVS in Valdese NC at all… Great service….
