If I could rate 0 stars I would, went in to buy sudefed 30mg 24hr and of course you take the card to the pharmacy counter and what do you know??!! They don’t have it. First of all if you don’t have it, take the cards of the shelf so people know you’re out. I digress, so I take the card for the 30mg to the counter and they tell me they only have the 12hr relief not the 24hr, I asked does it have anything extra in it?, and the pharmacist says no. Cool I’ll take it. Well I get to the car and low and behold it’s 12hr relief with 120mg… doctor told me it can’t be higher than 30mg, so I have wasted my time and money on something I can’t take all due to the pharmacists not know what she is doing. She needs to be re-evaluated and probably needs to go back to school before she ends up killing some

If it was possible to rate 0 stars from 2 separate experiences I had today then I would do so in a heartbeat! I understand there are laws for purchasing Sudafed due to drug abusers but when you sell a 8 month pregnant woman medicine she can’t even take then you have ABSOLUTELY no business being a pharmacist. Husband went in to immediately return it because she sold the incorrect dosage and she said it was not returnable. That’s so sorry when you were the one in the wrong to begin with! So with the laws of not purchasing more than 1 box in 30 days I’m going to suffer for your sorry mistake. Also to the rude mannerisms for most employees that work back behind the pharmacy I wish you all would get a clue on how to properly treat customers and leave the snarky comments to yourself! I promise y

CVS in Tullahoma has always been professional and kind in all my experiences with the pharmacy. I appreciate the service provided by the CVS pharmacy staff as they most likely deal on a regular basis with individuals who may not be their best self due to not feeling well.

Tried calling about my uncle's medicine. He has a speech impediment and its hard to understand him. I just needed to ask the pharmacist a few questions about his medicine. I'm out of town, and their phone app, when directed to go to pharmacist doesn't recognize my number and won't give an option to talk to a pharmacist. I guess he won't know what to do with his medicine.

We moved our prescriptions here from CVS in Murfreesboro, TN. They have been great to help and work with us in providing more then just our medicine, but in providing advice and answering questions.
