CVS

The pharmacy staff is extremely rude and condescending. They do absolutely nothing to help and their database somehow always seems to “lose” prescriptions. I have had other CVS pharmacy techs call doctors offices on my behalf and somehow this location, and I quote, “can’t do that because the DEA doesn’t find it funny”. Nothing about not having my medication is funny.

The CVS in Tipton, Indiana is the best store!! The manager is always friendly and do are the employees! The pharmacy team is also amazing!

Specifically the pharmacy… I highly suggest you pick another pharmacy or just drive out of town. Just save your time if you want to have your medication on time, as well as interact with staff who actually care about your medications and well-being, because you won’t find that at this location.

Still waiting on meds from September 17th, received a message to call the pharmacy. When I did there was no way to speak to a person. I had to leave a message for them to call me back. Once they returned the call the lady was very nice but have the wrong info and had to then call me back again. She said it will be next week when me comes in. Nothing wrong with the staff... it is the CVS system that is terrible!!!!!

I quit going here years ago due to poor customer service in the pharmacy department. Today just confirmed why I have never gone back. If a customer asks you what the cost of a prescription is to possibly pay out of pocket, you give them that information. Don’t complain that it will take a while to look it up. To the lazy pharmacy employee who refused to help the customer you kept a sick baby from their medication for hours waiting for you to transfer it to another pharmacy and their time to fill it.
