Customer Reviews
I had the worst experience at your location today, 2/1/26 @ about 3pm trying to make an exchange for deodorant. The product was defective and I was trying to make an even exchange but the manager would not allow because it was a different scent. She (manager) stated I would lose all discounts for the exchange because it was a different scent. As a customer I felt I was being punished because your product was defective. I patronize your location and get all of my prescriptions filled here. Have been with CVS for almost 30 years. It's incidents such as this that will influence folks to cut ties. Please check my financial and insurance records with you. By the way, she's very argumentative and would not listen without interrupting me. That fueled the fire & I never have been so appalled. The
The pharmacy at this location is horrible to deal with. Most of the texts that wait on you through the drive-through are just mean spirited as all hell. The pharmacists are just as bad. You can’t get life-sustaining prescriptions five days early that are at the pharmacist discretion because I could be over using albuterol sulfate, a.k.a. known as A rescue inhaler. I don’t care if my insurance would’ve paid it or not I would’ve paid out of pocket. I was in a weeklong, asthma attack, and out of Inhalers because their system kindly unenrolled me from auto refill. Plus I had three malfunctioning inhalers. A day and a half later I wound up in the ER because I had no other option. Walked five foot and my oxy dropped from 93 to 87. A big thanks to the middle-aged blonde pharmacist over there who
Horrible customer service. I attempted to pick up a medication my doctor had just submitted and was immediately met with a rude, dismissive attitude from the window clerk. There was no greeting, only a demand for my name and date of birth followed by “none of your prescriptions are ready.” When I tried to explain that my doctor sent the prescription on 12/30 and offered to call the office, the clerk walked away while I was still speaking and returned with another employee who was also condescending. I was told the delay was prior authorization through my insurance. I stated clearly that I was not using insurance and would be paying out of pocket and was. The response I received was, “Well, we didn’t know that,” despite the fact that I had attempted to call the pharmacy days prior and was
Pulled up to pick a prescription and let the girl at the window that I had an insurance change. She said she has to fill the prescriptions first and to drive back for them in 10 mind and give her the card then. So I waited 15 mins, drove back around and she said they have to attach it and it will take awhile and asked me to come in and wait at the counter. Not sure why she couldn't update the insurance THE FIRST time?? So I went in and they said they were working on it and after 10 more mins said they don't accept my new insurance and that I have to transfer it to Walgreens. The girl at the window was extremely rude, walked away 2x while I was trying to explain things to her. Never smiled one time. Definitely an extremely poor interaction and I'm not surprised why CVS is closing everywhere
One star should be an option. My daughter had surgery today, they called in 4 scripts! They gave me 3, and didn’t even give a heads up that they weren’t giving me the 4th and why! What was the 4th you ask? HER PAIN MEDS FOR AFTER SURGERY! I called immediately and got a bot and had to leave a message. Over 5 hours later and no call back…. I hate that we sent the meds here, instead of driving passed them to Grosse Pointe! If it’s out of stock, say that and transfer the script! Don’t ignore it and send the customer home to suffer after surgery! I’ve had multiple issues with them not initiating solutions or communicating, so now I’m leaving a review like a weirdo. Avoid this location!!!!
