Their pharmacist is the rudest person I have ever met. With a lack of sympathy that seems somewhat inhuman. Went to get syringes for my girlfriend who is a type 1 diabetic. She refused to sell them to me until I provided her a picture of the prescription which we do not have because she has an online subscription through another pharmacy. She can pick them up for free tomorrow from that pharmacy. We just needed some because she's having blood sugar issues. She's laying in bed sick and this woman refuses to sell them to me just because she doesn't want to. When I tell her fine I'll go home and get her and bring her up here myself. Came to get two vaccines and I’m a weak one when it comes to needles. Would like to specially call out pharmacist Carl who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of well. He spoke to me and asked me questions to avoid passing out and when I started to feel like I was, he sat there with me, grabbed me a bottle of water and then still sat with me. His boss however, running the pharmacy, was pretty rude about him taking the time to take care of me, the customer, because that meant he couldn’t man the drive through line. Carl should be promoted to the managers position in my opinion. He did a much better job of taking care of their customer than his manager did or even tried. I’ll be a repeat customer as long as Carl is behind the counter. Thanks Carl!

Asked for help confirming a price as the tag didn't match the description. Was told "we only have so many tags" and then asked if she could scan what we were interested in and she said "no you have to buy it and look at the receipt after you pay for it." Huh?... At least I found help as usually I can't find an employee here.... so then I asked "so I have to return it if it's wrong?" And she said something about no returns while walking away. I cannot with this place anymore.

This Pharmacy is a joke ran by a crazy woman says it is her pharmacy and It is her choice not to fill controlled substances at her pharmacy. It really makes it hard for seniors who drive an hour after having new prescriptions sent to this useless pharmacy that apparently just wants to make life harder for everybody… because now I cannot get my prescriptions back and I have to wait until Monday to get this all sorted out. I promise you don’t want to deal with this stupid woman. They need to shut down this BS store because it’s wasting peoples time and causing unnecessary stress and anxiety by not filling people’s prescriptions because the pharmacist says so.. they should not let the pharmacist do whatever she wants when every other CVS will probably gladly fill all of your prescriptions, no

Always a good experience here. Friendly staff, quick service, and the store is clean. This is my go to CVS.
