I am really frustrated with CVS Specialty. They are not sending out the prescription because of an issue with a past due amount that was resolved last week now my child is 2 months over due for her medicine. We have a prescription copay plan with a pharmaceutical company and billing has been so uncooperative. Now again I have to contact the billing department to get her medication. I talked to a pharmacist last week and was told that the prescription is on the way it was supposed to be delivered over the weekend. I called CVS specialty today again and they said that the prescription wasn’t sent out for delivery. What? My daughter has a Crohn’s disease and needs her prescription.
CVS Specialty is the worst company I have ever dealth with. The worst. They bill the wrong insurance ever single month for over a year now and every month I have to fix it for them. If you can avoid dealing with them, do it.
I could do this job better!! I am a pharmacy technician at CVS pharmacy not specialty. I want to jump thru the phone and say this is how you do it. Omg. Every time I call them it’s always a problem. Lord help you all.
