Something good has happened at CVS by Safeway. Hubby recently had vaccines and I do the regular OTC type shopping. Maybe newer management? Good, quick service in the store and at the pharmacy. If you were unhappy in the past, try them again. Be sure to join their loyalty program to get the best bang for your buck!

Janelle is smart intelligent knows what she’s doing takes time to explain to the customer. She is helpful with details which is important. We need more people like her. If I could put ten stars I would because being both smart and intelligent is rare. My respects to you.

Worst pharmacy ever I cannot believe how hard it is to get prescriptions here. They don’t realize they can substitute. They tell you it will be ready when it’s not. They have the worst customer service. Worst lines in the whole town. Do not use this pharmacy you will be waiting in line an hour only to be told it’s not ready. I have three small babies I have a father in a hospital fighting brain cancer. I do not have time for these shenanigans. I cannot wait in line an hour and a half! Hire more people please. This is nonsense and would not fly in a bigger city!

Came into pharmacy with my my brother to pick up RX on Sunday March 23rd. He & I were the only ones in line. I had 1 small dental item & asked if I could pay there or needed to go up front. She (Ruth ) never answered me she looked very put out & rolled eyes a bit. I was purchasing something from her department & at my CVS in Tucson they would be happy to do it. Bottom line I politely asked if I could pay here or go up front. I didn't just lay it down & expect her to do it. She needs to be replaced. I've never had such rude service.

We have had so many problems trying to get my Mom's medication that is a specialty drug. They have gotten better, but occasionally I will still run into to someone who insists it's not there and will not listen that it's a specialty drug and kept in a different place. Like I said though they have gotten better, that's why I gave them two stars! Hours are horrible and the store itself is WAY overpriced!
