I can’t say this is the worse CVS because they all are!! Because of my insurance plan, I can only get meds from a Cleveland Clinic Hospital or CVS. With that, my experiences with this particular drugstore is always subpar; especially the pharmacy staff. They rarely if ever greet me. I usually have to ask how are they doing. I wait at the counter and no one ever says, “we’ll be there shortly”. Instead, I stand there staring aimlessly. When they do acknowledge me, they loudly asks if I’ve checked in yet! Yea, I have. I they still never say anything and I stand there for a few more minutes. Last month, there was a change in price for one of my meds. I used to go to this CVS during a good sale but not anymore. The items are pricey most times and it just seems the sales aren't that great now either. The staff is nice up front but the pharmacy department is crazy. I went there during the winter to ask about a flu shot, was told that it was fine to get 1 there, was then told to wait in a corner (she pointed to a chair) until someone came back to do it. After sitting there over 30 minutes I got up, went back to the other lane & the girl says "You haven't been seen yet, what's your insurance?" I tell her and then she states "Oh we don't accept that". AFTER I've been there nearly 40 minutes. That information should have been stated when I first asked about the shot or a sign posted on which insurances aren't accepted there.

This is the worst CVS Pharmacy I've ever delt with. Everytime I go the staff is rude, condescending, and slow. Inside, Drive-thru, it doesn't matter, slow. You can't ask questions, it's ridiculous. I hate that I had to switch to them because their the closest pharmacy. If people don't like their jobs, quit, and let someone else have them.

This cvs closed early. I arrived 10 minutes before closing in need of an over the counter medication. The employees were inside, had locked up early, made eye contact with me while i tried to knock on the door, and completely ignored me and pretended they didn’t see me

You can’t even talk to someone it says if it doesn’t recognize your number it will hang up or send you to vm. I called 7 times trying to see if my toddler medicine was ready b4 heading to the pharmacy bc he is sick I have to bring him with me. No answer
