Outstanding service. Pharmacy staff are very courteous, professional and always alerts you to the risks related to a prescription and answers any questions regarding to use of prescription and potential side effects.

Came in tonight twice because I was rerouted back by Walgreens stating that they had a copy machine to make copies of pieces of paper it states on your website that you can copy black and white pieces of paper and everything and these people denied they had one. Not only that I called out the lady who lied to me at first about it and she was she wanted to get the manager because she didn't know how to make the copies so she literally admitted they had a copy machine and then the manager lied straight to my face. This is unacceptable

CVS in Sarasota is NOT a very friendly or helpful store. I will never shop there again. They cheated me out of $8 extra bucks and would not help me when I called to ask for help. Kim the Manager was not helpful at all and argued with me about everything and would not offer any kind of assistance.

My husband had trouble communicating with his doctor’s office to receive the Covid vaccination that we wanted before a trip since we are over 65. The pharmacist that was extremely busy took time to reach the doctor’s office and resolved the issue. We are do grateful for his help.

They have a bad habit of closing their pharmacy 5 to 10 minutes earlier than they're supposed to
