Not the best experience at this CVS location. I had a great experience at the Pharmacy pick up counter - team member was prompt, pleasant and courteous. I then went to use the restroom which was situated next to the Minute Clinic. It was filthy - and looks like it had not been cleaned in the last few days. The lavatory bowl had residue from prior use. The floor was full of stains and residue. The hand air dryer seems vintage and on its last few breath. This is sad and pathetic because Minute Clinic patients would have to use this restroom. I then went to check out a purchase using the self checkout. I went into the CVS very nervous about not having my actual new insurance card, although I had all my information from a text from my new insurance company. I asked to see the Pharmacist and she came over and asked me how she could assist me. I told her about not having my new insurance card and only having all my information on my mobile phone and she read my information and said I was going to be fine. She was so good to me that my calmed my nerves down and all she had to do is rerun the prescriptions through the insurance information and I would be all set. In fact I was so happy I asked her what vaccinations I was able to get, so she told me RSV and COVID. I have received Spam calls interrupting my sleep from cvs. Just because I bought something here once doesn't mean that I want your unsolicited calls.

I’ve been searching everywhere for my daughter’s diapers through the OTC program and have had a hard time—most CVS locations in Kissimmee and Orlando either told me they didn’t have anything or that they no longer accept OTC. But today, Martha at this CVS y más completely changed my experience. She greeted me kindly, went above and beyond to help, and even explained where to find OTC items in the future. The Pharmacist need to be trained about insurances at least the basic. Had a bad experience because I did not have to pay for a medication before and now I have. Was treated terribly when I asked why? Had to call my insurance and it was a simple answer my insurance started again and I have not met my deducible and OOP of $12,000 but the lack of experience of the employees and the new phone system CVS had me driving 20 mins. What a waste of my time. Ugggh I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone.
