CVS Pharmacy y más

I've been using the pharmacy for a while as it's one of the few with hours open late, but it's reached the point where it's not worth it any more. I will call or my doctors will call and we'll sit on hold for literally over an hour without anymore ever responding. I'll check on a prescription and they'll tell me my doctor never authorized it, only to find out my doctor could never get through to talk to a pharmacist. I've watched workers literally rummage through piles of random prescription bags to find the medication I needed. The lines are aways long and it seems like every customer is frustrated because something is wrong with their order. I am looking for a new pharmacy because this one is beyond dysfunctional and has been for some time.

I don't know what the problem is at this location but someone needs to fix it. Every time I come here it's always a problem. The CVS Pharmacy I go to in Stockton CA on March Lane never has the same problems as the one on Travis Blvd. The manager in Stockton needs to come give a training on how a pharmacy is supposed to be ran. Horrible service every time. Fix the problem people.

Whats the point of a pharmacy drive through if you still have to wait 15 to 20 minutes on per person. If they don't have there medicine ready then tell them to go around again while you prepare it.

First class pharmacy! Friendly helpful staff and extended hours are helpful.

We waited too long to pick up a prescription and it was returned to stock. Bhakti and we're quick to refill it and get it to us in only a few minutes. Thank you.
