CVS Pharmacy

When we got our first dose of Hepatitis A vaccine, we were told we can schedule our next one in 6 months minimum. We scheduled our next one. It was canceled without explanation and when we got to the pharmacy they were not very helpful and we were told we are not eligible and we are scheduled for April instead. This was a surprise as we weren’t informed of the appointment. We were told it’s a corporate thing. We were not informed or even received an email about the new appointment. The account online even noted that I canceled the appointment when I did not.

Great place to pick up meds, the pharmacies are alway willing to help over the phone or at the store. Haven’t had any issues. Will recommend. :)

VERY disappointed with a recent CVS visit. I was picking up a script for GOUT in my foot (first awful experience). Had to limp through the parking lot & into the store only to find there were no working scooters (both were charging?). Script bottle did not have directions on the label - they were on a separate piece of paper (?)

Great pharmacy, at least relative to the competition (low bar, I know). A little-known fact: if you do any travel and have crucial recurring prescriptions, you can pick them up at ANY target location around the country with absolutely ZERO advanced notice or planning to either Target or the subscribing physician -- I don't know of any other pharmacy that offers this type of flexibility and customer service!

I recently had a miserable experience with this CVS, and will gladly never go back again.A prescription was digitally sent to them around 11am. I know that there was some back and forth between prescribed eye drops and what my insurance would cover, because they informed me when I went there soon after to await my prescription. The lady that was running the register was less than helpful and really could have cared less when I tried to get some details on when it might be ready. I was in need of beginning the prescription immediately for an eye problem that I recently developed. I heard nothing from them until 5:35 that night, when I got a text that said my prescription was being processed, and they would text when it was ready.
