The pharmacist Todd is outstanding. He went above and beyond fixing our prescription today, and reaching out to the doctor for clarification. The wait staff is always happy to assist and friendly to talk to at the drive-up pickup window. Highly recommend this CVS Pharmacy. Recently the local Walgreens closed and the overflow has joined the CVS Pharmacy here in Wyoming, RI. This CVS wasn't built for the new large influx of customers. However, the staff has taken it in stride and work very hard to fill prescriptions for the old and new customers. Five stars to everyone!
I for the first time asked my dr for sea sick patches for an upcoming cruise. My dr phoned in the prescription and somehow I was charged for and received a 90 day supply of patches for a 7 day cruise. I told the dr it was a 7 day cruise so I’m not sure who was responsible for giving me a 90 day supply.
Showed up 2 days after my appointment, thinking my prescription would be ready... it wasn't.\n\nI was asked my name and date of birth about 40 times in 15 minutes, but the staff had plenty of time to comment on my height and the kind of car I drive. Maybe pay attention to your customers needs, rather than make shallow comments. \n\nMy son's prescription is never ready at time of refill. Sometimes they say prior auth is needed, sometimes not. When it's not ready or when inventory is out, no one calls or informs us. They just leave us to be surprised when it's not ready.\n\nVery disappointed in the overall service, empathy and organization of this location. The staff always has a \"not my problem\" attitude.\n\nI rely on my son's prescription because it's a huge deal when he does not have it
