CVS ls A Super Convenient Store And Pharmacy! Very Smart Marketing Concept. Very Successful! Store Is Clean. For The Most Part. Store Employees Are Polite And Helpful. Give Them Four Stars 🌟! The Issue That Needs To Be Address! The Drive-Thru Window For Prescriptions! Several ⏲️ Times 15 Minutes 18 Minutes Etc. Multiple Prescriptions For Customers! Watching People Pull Out Of Line And Leaving! Should Have A Limit. Drive-Thru Supposedly Should Be Quick And Efficient! (1 🌟)! Hopefully! CVS Management Will Address This Issue!

The people in the pharmacy are incompetent. They've not only lost my messages forget to fill them or call you tell you they're ready for you to get told it will be an hour. Usually have to wait at least 30-45 min in line as only one person works the desk.

Ivy at your Park Ave location was awesome helping me and my sons switch prescriptions when the Walgreens next door closed. She was genuinely caring and professional.

I recently visited this pharmacy and was extremely disappointed with the service. Ivi was the staff member who helped me with my prescription today. I got there at noon to drop off my prescription and returned around 6 o’clock to pick it up. I thought it would be ready because they told me the wait time was 15 minutes. When I arrived, no one said anything. My prescription was under my name, and I ended up waiting for an hour just to pick up one single prescription. Ivi made me feel uncomfortable; she looked mad all the time and never greeted customers. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable in the store. The staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me with my prescription. I had to wait an unusually long time. This level of service is unacceptable. Overall I hope she learned

Let's face it; generally, dealing with commercial pharmacies is no fun, but CVS on 115 Stafford St. in Worcester has been consistently exceptional. Everyone is always friendly, they always have my meds in stock, there is rarely a line or a wait to checkout, and today, the customer service I received was the best I've ever experienced. Felicite rang me up and was so incredibly and authentically kind (she even asked me if I had any fun plans today). She helped find my Rx which had been filed under an old address and took the time to explain that this sometimes happens. I'm seriously just blown away that there are still people out there in customer service positions that are truly nice. Keep up the good work CVS!
