CVS Pharmacy

I was picking up my wife's prescription and here is the interraction I had. Are you here for pick up? Date of birth? Name? That'll be $17.71. I just need a CC and ID. That was the end of the interraction The prescrition along with ID and CC arrived. There was no, Thank you, Thanks for coming, see you later...no salutation. We are forced to pick up our prescription at CVS because of our Insurance provider. We were at Publix, this was obviously a very different experience. It seems that I was an inconvenience.

I generally have no problem with pharmacy employees. But one person in the CVS sales department, the gentleman who appears to be the manager and has been working there for years, is very insensitive and cold, and does not show any interest in the customer, is not very professional, and is sometimes rude. He does not answer customer questions in a professional manner.

They've reduced the staff for the pharmacy. I've been sitting here for 45 mins and seen one car served. The line inside has 4-5 people. There are 4 cars ahead of me. I've been to other CVS with similar lines and not take this long. I've called my Dr and told them to remove CVS for future scripts. This is bad.

Not too happy with CVS. The pharmacy in particular. I had a prescription pick up...arrived at the counter, even had a coupon. The pharmacist refused my coupon stating that the prescription was cheap enough!! I told my Dr. to send my prescription to a different company. This same pharmacist is always rude not just to customers, but her staff as well.

The pharmacy staff seems to be very nice and focused. And the store itself has some good shopping deals.
