CVS Pharmacy

Pharmacy tech snapped at me cause I proved her wrong. Learn to read the screen. I wasn't rude when I said "oh, it is there!" And I shut my mouth not because you put me in my place. Its almost christmas and I wasn't in the mood to catch a charge. Store #10478 on highway 109 needs to clean house from the manager and all the pharmacy staff. Bring back Girlie, & James make the customers happy again. And take away those stupid touch screens. Germ infested and don't work right anyway. Im about done with CVS all together.

They have installed this digital check in screens, you can't just tell the person at the counter what you need, you gave to type it into the screen. The screen doesn't work very well, and it makes your 2-minute visit into a 10 plus minute event The store is dirty as well. This store used to be great store, over the past year all the staff has changed. You used to be greeted by name, not anymore.

When you pick up a prescription you now have to log in the pickup in a computer while the associate is standing there waiting for the information this has tripled the amount of time it takes to pick up a prescription, I understand this is a corporate decision put it is not customer friendly

The woman that checked me out at the front was really, really helpful and friendly, not so friendly. At the pharmacist counter, but i' you never know what's going on with a person

Convenient to me. Plus they know me by name. In a shopping center I get groceries, and eat out at. Everything is easy to find because they don't move things every week. The app makes it easy for me to see if what I need is there. That way I don't waste a trip. And if I call they always have the answer.
