CVS Pharmacy

On Sunday afternoon, I went to Windsor CVS to get my updated Tetanus shot. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I had no issues at all. I had received information to read while I waited my 30 minutes for my vaccine to do its thing. The pharmacist always checks on me to make sure I am not having any reactions. This is very appreciated. The staff is very caring and helpful.

People are nice here but the line for RX is so long. Much better since they put in the kiosks but still a wait. Their text messaging system sucks & the online is not user friendly

Been using this pharmacy the last 20 years. I sure miss Windsor Pharmacy and the old town feel and friendliness. There is no friendliness here. The staff is terrible and all seem to hate their jobs. Pharmacy techs are overwhelmed, abrupt and rude. The pharmacist Allison was the only friendly one around; however, I haven't seen her in over a year. I don't know if she's no longer there or rarely there. They do not answer phones, in fact, there is no way to get into contact with anyone over the phone in Pharmacy which in extremely difficult if you have mobility issues to make it to the store, go in, fight the tiny aisles and non existent space to stand in line for prescriptions to ask you question by incredibly rude staff members. Let me make this clear, the staff and pharmacey at my local cvs is great. My issue is with the lady who gave the flu shot. She insisted on preaching jesus to me. When I challenged her on her man made christian sales pitch, she would not shut up. Mixing the science of a flu vaccine while sharing the farrytale about an invisable god has no place at cvs. The lady even gave me her email address. That is not cool.

Friendly staff, very helpful, limited selection and strange layout of the store. Hard to find what I needed, only to find everything I went die to be out of stock. Otherwise no issues
