CVS Pharmacy

Effy is one of the most efficient, pleasant and hardworking pharmacists I have ever met. She ensures our medications are ready and available and she communicates with our doctors and each of us regularly- and she reflects a tremendous work ethic. We are grateful to have her in her neighborhood CVS!

Effie at the CVS Pharmacy inside Target in Wilmington, MA is a true gem. She knows me by name the second I walk in—sometimes before I’ve even reached the counter—and always goes above and beyond to solve any issue with my prescriptions, no matter how complicated. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and kind, and she somehow manages to make every visit feel personal. I’m not the only one who thinks so—friends of mine and even my mom’s hospice nurse specifically go out of their way to visit this location because of Effie. She’s also clearly a strong leader, constantly stepping in to help younger staff and offering guidance without hesitation. PERFECT JOB FOR ROBOTS TO TAKE OVER because this place is MISTAKE after MISTAKE! Have an incredibly hard time figuring out when prescriptions can be filled. They like to add a few days to the 30 day supply my insurance covers. So for a few days each month I go without my medication. Also, often are out of certain medications. I like how they don't respond. Place sucks.

I needed to switch to this pharmacy because the location I usually go to couldn't get the medicine I needed soon enough. So I used the Wilmington Target CVS. I had left a vm which was returned very quickly. Gentleman was efficient and clear. He called back and sent a text when the pills were ready. Again very quickly. Got to the counter and was immediately acknowledged. I needed to wait a minute as the 2 employees were in the middle of filling orders. I dont mind waiting if I see people working especially when i am acknowledged. The gal who waited on me was friendly, courteous and efficient. Even though it's a 15 minute drive I may switch pharmacies. I was very impressed. Thank you.

This is by far the best CVS I have ever been to. The pharmacist is incredibly smart and helpful. She goes above and beyond for her customers. Truly genuine- the staff here are patient, kind, and deserve recognition. I’ve moved all my prescriptions to this location because of their attitude and genuine love for their jobs. A+
