CVS Pharmacy

Had my flu and COVID 19 vaccine. I was a walk in and they were quick to accommodate me, which I really appreciated it. Unfortunately, my arm was badly bruised from the shots. I have never experienced such bruising before.

Finally went to the Kirwood Hwy CVS and what a difference from the Bear, DE location. I would actually make this location my pharmacy of choice even though its a bit of a drive.

This branch is playing with fire. They not only over promise and under deliver but do so on essential medications. I was assured in-person that my prescription would be ready the following day, only to be disappointed. Then the AI system stated it was out of stock and that it would be ready 4 days later. 4 days has come and gone, no meds!!! Shameful to say the least. Stay away from this impersonal and deeply flawed pharmacy location.

Don’t bother trying to use coupons at the pharmacy… they claim they can’t accept them because they aren’t a full Cvs 😂😂 I actually laughed when they said that. It was a normal coupon literally out of a box of Claritin that they sell at the pharmacy. The could have easily overrode the coupon and given me the money off, but they couldn’t be bothered. Another win for CVS 🤷‍♂️

Don't use this location if you need your medication in a timely manner. Still waiting on medication for a week now. They don't seem well organized.
