10th call to the pharmacy and the "virtual assistant" hangs up. Absolutely no way to get a hold of the Pharmacy or leave a voicemail. This is very disturbing.
Great customer service and an incredibly helpful, compassionate staff. I appreciate that the pharmacy closes for lunch—it's a sign that they value their team’s well-being. When you take care of your employees, they take care of the customers—and it really shows here.
They helped me with Sudafed when I had such a bad cold I couldn't sleep. Thanks guys!
This CVS pharmacy has a wonderful staff. Gwen albert Josie Daniel Aly jaime Gustavo. The whole staff is friendly kind patient professional and caring. They do there very best to help people. I've been going here for many years now and they've always been there to help my mom and me.
Twice I notified them that I DID NOT WANT ANY REFILLS on a certain prescription. However they called to notify my prescription was ready AGAIN. I told them AGAIN that I did not want it until I notified them. When another prescription became ready for pick-up my husband went to get it and they stuck in the one I had refused anyway. They have done this to me before, and I am just about done with them!!!
