CVS Pharmacy

I truly believe if you are not happy where you work, LEAVE. Why is this pharmacy so difficult? Im back home from the hospital and got yelled at by Affifa because she “couldn’t hear me” yet she was repeating everything to me as I said it. Then she never called me to tell me if my prescription is ready.. hiding from me today seemed like a very cowardly move. This woman should not be in this industry. Theres no reason you should be taking your frustrations out on sick human beings who are coming to you for help. That lady should be reported. I also have recordings of how rude she was and hostile she was if her boss would like to hear it.

I was going there to pick up hormones. They made up some bullshit about my provider over-prescribing in order to turn me away. Doubled-checked today, the prescription was not abnormal. So either these guys are lying or they're forwarding whatever bullshit the federal insurance is trying to push.

Went to get my flu a s COVID shots today - simple process, easy no waiting. I’m of a generation when all vaccines & shots were administered by your family doctor? COVID changed all that? Access, convenience and trust has modified my behaviour - all good.

Hi everyone. I actually had an emergency when visiting this location but has sign blocking access to the restroom. However the business cant block you access under certain conditions. If they block you beyond my review date. You can make a complaint against the establishment. They have a restroom out of order sign which if true may also be violating employee protected law forwarded to OSHA. They may be trying to block the entire public but they can't

Seems to be a notorious problem with CVS pharmacies, when you make a call and have to wait forever on hold and sometimes they pick up and hang up, very frustrating! It is probably a product of the corporate environment, I'm guessing most people don't get paid well over there and the service could definitely be better. Good access on foot parking is the pain for this one.
