CVS Pharmacy

I recently had another disappointing interaction at this CVS pharmacy location. This was my second negative customer service experience here, which is why I feel compelled to share this feedback. I asked “Sandy” for assistance in checking which insurance was used to process my medication, as I simply needed clarification about the billing. While I understand pharmacies can be busy and stressful environments, the way the situation was handled felt dismissive and, at times, disrespectful. The tone and attitude came across as entitled rather than helpful, which made an already simple request feel uncomfortable. Great experience. Despite being owned by a large conglomerate, the Westwood location has a team that operates like a family. They look out for their customers as they would their own. So happy that they are just in my backyard.

As we had to change appointment times, the CVS on line protocols offer no obvious or simple way to make a modification or cancel an appointment.

The pharmacist helped me today the whole time and was wonderful and I will only go there when she is there because she cares about her customers and she is really sweet and knowledgeable as well!
