CVS Pharmacy

The staff at CVS in Orchard Park, NY are outstanding in every way! The pharmacist was informative and caring in her delivery of the vaccine and the follow up information following the vaccine. The treatment area and store were clean, organized and welcoming. Highly recommend their services.

Went to pick up prescription through drive through today about 10 mins before they close for lunch. At about 1:22pm the Rep began to assist me & was struggling to find me in their system. She was then told by another coworker behind her to tell me she couldn’t help me right in the middle of the transaction! I said wait I have the email that shows the prescription is ready & then realized she was under the wrong address. She then found my prescription, took my payment and abruptly shut the metal screening. Guess no time for questions for the pharmacist. I understand that they are very busy with all the new customers from the closed area pharmacies but treating existing customers like krap is unacceptable.

The PHARMACY is TERRIBLE !! They don't know what there doin & call u for meds that aren't even yours !!! Plus I had a Script sitting there & didn't even know it was there until I called to complain !! I Wish I could've stayed @ Rite Aid @ least they knew what they were doin !!!

CVS has always been my go-to drug store. I've never encountered any problems with the staff from the front of the store to the pharmacy. The employees are respectful, knowledgeable, and customer focused. My current site had a staff shortage for a moment, and it was addressed.

They have great customer service!
