If you want to be treated like a human don’t go here… the man that thinks it’s okay to yell at a my husband and make it seem like he was doing wrong and trying to get his controlled substance that he isn’t proud of having to take as is, early in front of other customers, he had not used profanity nor was disrespectful. The cashier and retail folks up front are kind and helpful. I had a negative interaction with a pharmacy technician. After calling CVS the day before to confirm I could walk in for a flu vaccine, the tech told me she didn't know how to operate their registration system to process vaccines. I understand these things happen though I told her I felt frustrated after making the drive in from remote Ashe Co. She became aggressive, interrupting me and raising her voice saying the store and pharmacy don't communicate. She once again raised her voice to tell both pharm techs and a retail worker to tell people up front they need to tell customers no walk in appointments because some woman is angry. Evening staff, specifically middle aged female, was very rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Called Walmart pharmacy and they had no issues getting the medicine needed. The lady told us it could be weeks or months before they could get it, crazy thing is Walmart had it in stock. Highly disappointed in their customer service, or should I say lack thereof.

I have been waiting for the pharmacy to speak to me for 30 minutes and still no answer. My husband could have been there by now. This CVS needs to fix the answering machine or hire some help. I certainly am glad I don't have to use this pharmacy often.
