CVS Pharmacy

Pharmacy was extremely slow. Kept saying 20 more minutes every 20 minutes and we’re extremely unorganized. Hot mess express.

The CVS Pharmacy at the 1929 Bruce B Downs, Wesley Chapel location on 11/1/2023 provided stellar customer service from start to finish. Despite being frightfully busy (as usual) Chris Portillo was super patient with my vaccinations check in process. He was especially kind when I asked a non-vaccination related question. He didn’t rush me despite the crowd. Then I got my free Covid and pneumonia vaccine shots from Chris Laird. Again, wonderful, professional customer service (and bonus - pain free shots). It’s no surprise that this location is the busiest one. I’m not related to any of them but I hope they feel appreciated and get a raise.

Always a pleasure shopping and picking up prescriptions at our 24 hr CVS. Staff is great, helpful and welcoming. We always find what we need and more. Coupons definitely help.Store is well stocked and clean.

I usually use the drive thru ,the people are pleasant. Sometimes you do have to wait a while because there are four or five cars in line.

24 7 pharmacy. They do a great job getting scripts filled fast. I can drive there after a Dr appt and the meds are usually waiting on me. Always helpful and professional.
